Architecture

In this category you will find photographs of exteriors and interiors of buildings, new and historical monuments.
The details of a building often say more about the building and its builders than a long story.
I like to photograph architecture because it “stands still”, it doesn’t rush anywhere, unlike people and living nature.
On the other hand, it is usually impossible to move it.
The question “What about the surroundings?” often arises, which usually disturbs and gets in the way.

Nature

Flora is my great passion. It is amazing how plants can change in place, time and light.
They always pleasantly surprise with their diversity of shapes and colors.
They are also an inexhaustible inspiration for my fine art photography.
I occasionally photograph all kinds of animals, from large ones to various small ones.
I do not purposefully set out to follow them halfway around the world, like some of my colleagues.
However, if the opportunity arises, I can enjoy this photography properly, regardless of mosquitoes, nettles, mud
and the risk of injury, as is inherent in this field.

Landscape

Landscape photography is my favorite genre. In addition to the profound experiences
I take away from the place I photograph, I am increasingly attracted by the need to overcome the comfort that comes with age.
Usually, the worse the conditions for taking a photo (weather, accessibility, time of day, ..), the better the photo.

People

I am interested in people and their activities in purely positive situations.
They are not a source of sensations, dramatic situations or statements about misfortune for me.
Therefore, in this category you will find more portraits and studies than journalistic reportage photography.
